1. Pricing principles
The CoffeeHolic publicly lists the prices of the drinks and food offered on its website.
Prices are shown directly on each product so customers can check them before ordering.
2. Currency
All prices are listed in Vietnamese dong (VND).
3. Promotional prices
If a product is part of a promotion, discount code or special offer, the price the customer pays is set once the promotion's conditions have been correctly applied.
Each promotion may have its own time period, scope and terms.
4. Order total
Before confirming an order, customers can review the following:
- Product price;
- Quantity;
- Discount;
- Delivery fee;
- Total amount payable.
5. Price changes
The CoffeeHolic reserves the right to change product prices depending on business conditions.
New prices will be updated on the website when they take effect.
For confirmed orders, the price that applies is the one confirmed with the customer when the order was placed, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Pricing errors
If a price is wrong because of a technical or data entry error, The CoffeeHolic reserves the right to review it and notify the customer before fulfilling the order.
Both parties will then agree on a suitable solution.
