Coffee distributed by The Coffee Holic is roasted in small batches of under 30kg. Small-batch roasting allows us to:

- Adjust each roasting setting more easily than with mass or industrial roasting.

- Keep better control over the quality of each batch

- Keep every batch consistent in roasting time and temperature

- Cut storage time so the coffee is still fresh when it reaches customers
