Autumn at PhinHolic is told through two new drinks: Maple Hojicha Latte and Yuzu Aerocano. Two flavours with two different characters, together making up the Autumn Notes collection for autumn days in Hue.
MAPLE HOJICHA LATTE - WARM, DEEP AND SMOOTH
Maple Hojicha Latte combines Houjicha powder, maple syrup and milk, bringing the signature roasted aroma together with a gentle, smooth sweetness. Houjicha gives the drink depth, maple syrup adds a touch of mellow sweetness, while the milk base keeps everything balanced and easy to drink. A good choice for anyone who loves drinks with warm, gentle flavours.
YUZU AEROCANO – FRESH, BRIGHT AND REFRESHING
If Maple Hojicha Latte is warm and deep, Yuzu Aerocano offers a brighter experience. The drink combines yuzu sauce, lemon syrup and espresso made from Cau Dat Arabica, balancing refreshing citrus notes with a clear coffee flavour. Yuzu and lemon make the espresso lighter and brighter, leaving a refreshing finish after every sip.
TWO FLAVOURS, TWO WAYS TO FEEL AUTUMN Maple Hojicha Latte – warm, deep, smooth. Yuzu Aerocano – fresh, bright, refreshing.
The two drinks are made from different ingredients but share the spirit of Autumn Notes: a new way to experience autumn through coffee and seasonal flavours.
